Throughout our journey, we have gained valuable insights into the needs of our community and how to effectively engage with its members. Person-centred approach ensures that individuals in need of services remain at the heart of all our communications, as we explore every option to help them their personalized goals. Our committed team is highly trained and continually enhance their skills with our extensive online training resources in order to better serve our community.

Community Access
We understand the importance of maintaining social connections and being able to participate in community activities. Our community access services are designed to provide assistance with transportation, community engagement, and social activities. We can help you get to appointments, participate in social activities, and access community resources. Our goal is to help you stay connected with your community and live as independently as possible.

High Intensity Personal Care
We are dedicated to providing exceptional High Intensity support tailored to meet unique needs. Our experienced team is here to empower you on your journey to independence and well-being. We have training available for Ventilator Support, Catheter Care, Bowel Care, PEG/Pej Feeding & Dysphagia Support. Rest assured we provide high quality support and have all necessary training and resources needed to support you and your team.

Peer Support
Our dedicated team of peer support workers help individuals gain confidence and independence, create a sense of community and belonging and can be beneficial for individuals living with mental health conditions. We also provide valuable insights and guidance based on their personal experiences.

Managing Director
I am the founder and managing director of One Of A Kind Support Services Pty Ltd. I have great passion for supporting people living with disabilities to achieve their individual goals and have choice and control of their supports. I also love to work with our participants and their teams to create structured routines and strategies that assist them to achieve their goals in a timely manner. I love seeing people enjoy life to the fullest and know that they have someone to talk to and not feel judged but feel supported and understood. I'm always looking to improve myself and the company to provide high quality supports and always learning more about our participants and their needs.
I enjoy getting out and about and keeping up to date with the opportunities that are available for our community. I love keeping active and healthy by going to the gym and eating to better my physique but also love to indulge in the extensive food choices we have in Geelong. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and learning more about the different cultures, religions, beliefs and identities as I believe we have a lot to learn from each other and grow together.

Support Worker
I chose to take on the role of a Support Worker because offering care to those in need and having the chance to assist in any capacity has always been what I’ve wanted to do, ultimately making a lasting impact on the well-being of individuals and families. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your client achieve their goals. Every one needs support at some point in their life, so it is an honour to be a source of support for someone.
In my studies and professional experience I specialise in children, youth and family mental health and well-being, it is something I am super passionate about. I have completed a bachelor of psychology and I am currently continuing my studies with an honours of psychology degree. As well, as being nationally accredited in crisis support skills and suicide/non suicidal self-harm.
I enjoy swimming on hot days, reading a book in the sand dunes or going for walks alongside the beach. I love animals, cats or dogs, Quality time with family and friends is also something important to me.

Support Worker
I signed up to be a support worker to be able to offer assistance and help people achieve all their goals, in order to aid in improving their health and wellbeing. Through my studies doing Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), it has provided me with the experience in mental health for adults, emerging adults and children.
Through my work as an ABA, it has taught me the ability to communicate and interact with children diagnosed with Level 3 ASD, as well as handle difficult situations that may come along with children.
In my spare time I enjoy readings and playing netball/going to the gym. I also heavily value spending time with my friends and family, especially with my young niece and nephew.
